RETURNS
At Moma Swimwear we want nothing more than for you to feel good in your swimwear or any other items purchased from us. Please consult the sizing chart when ordering to make sure you find the perfect fit. If you have any questions regarding anything related to our products, do not hesitate to reach out via email or DM.

RETURN OPTIONS
Even though we hope you love you Moma items, there may be times where you need to return something to us. We offer the following return options:
- Size exchange: exchange for a different size;
- Store credit issued as a gift card that will remain valid for 24 months after being issued;
- Monetary refund: a full refund of the product minus the shipping fee that we paid to ship the package to you.
Please note that shipping costs and any associated taxes or duties are for your own expense, as shipping costs and associates taxes or duties are not covered by us. Upon return of the product in good condition, we will process the return option of your choice.

For all returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, including in the original packaging. For hygienic reasons, all swimwear garments must be returned with their original hygiene sticker intact and untampered. We will not be accepting any products that don’t meet the criteria for returns. The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days after delivery date of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We can receive returns in The Netherlands (not including The Netherlands Antilles).

EXEMPTIONSÂ
We are unable to offer exchanges and store credit for the following items:
- Items purchased on sale
- Items marked final sale
- Items purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop or at any of our retailers
- Pre loved items
- Gift cards
FAULTY ITEMS
If you need help with any faulty Moma items, please email our team at momaswim@gmail.com before you plan to return your item as we should be able to resolve any issues a little quicker for you this way. The faulty item must be returned in original condition including original packaging – unwashed, unworn and with damages noted within the return request. Be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.
